Center Square Brewing

About Center Square Brewing

Our in house brewery features hand made craft beer brewed in a 3 barrel brewhouse. Our brewers strive to incorporate fresh and local ingredients whenever possible to create one of a kind beers with a local flair.

Head Brewer, Sarah Moran

Sarah Moran was handpicked by Adam to follow in his footsteps into the Center Square Brewing process.  “She has the perfect attitude and willingness to embrace the process,”  remarked Adam.  “Brewpubs are unique, and although we manufacture beer, you can’t forget we are here to make a beer that people will enjoy.”

And no one has a better pulse on what people will want to drink than Sarah.  For more.
